How important is it for you to retain your cultural foods as you move forward in life? Explain the importance and which foods you cannot live without.

Personally I think that it is very important to hold on to cultural foods, because you want to enjoy them for as long as you can. There is also a feeling of wanting to let other people try it and if you to have children then you would want them to also enjoy that dish or meal. Some of my favorites foods are Collardgreens because my family at least on my moms side is very southern, there is also apple jam that my great grandma used to make she doesn't really make it anymore because she lives in a old folks home. That's a small amount of the foods I really like but they're still important to me.

How would you feel if your privacy was invaded online or on your phone? Do you think privacy is a basic civil liberty?

I really value personal privacy and I know that there are illegal businesses out there that deal in information. I just hate the thought that these companies sell this information and always get away with it, If my phone info was inavded I would be furious at the least. I do think that privacy is a basic civil liberty, because what happens when over time more and more companies or even the government slowly start encroaching more and more and more on your privacy if there are no laws in place then they can do what ever they want at that point. Also it is your life and only yours to live and nobody else should be on that ride only the people that you bring with you not some invader.

Describe what you did over the winter break

I did not do much over the winter break since my mom works from home I was also there. Besides her job had an important program switch that she had to be therefore and wasn't allowed to take days off. But I mostly just played video games the whole time, personally I am an advid game player so I had plenty to do. Although I did do something, it was a dinner with family I hadn't seen in a while and even some family that I have never met before. It was so fun to see this boy who last I saw was a toddler and is now an elementary school kid. It was nice to see them again and meet them for the first time aswell.

Describe your idea of a perfect day spent with someone you care about.

My perfect day would probably be going to universal with my mom. When we were little my brother my mom and me would go to universal during the summer and we did that for a couple of years. Also this is the easiest choice since it's something we both like, I would have chosen my brother but our hobbies don't match to well and he never really liked rollercoasters that much anyway. So most of the day we would probably just go on rides because we both like them so much. I remember when I was little we rode this one ride so many times in a row purely because we both like it so much, but we would stop at some popular eating places especially one in the Harry Potter area. As simple as that is, that's about it were kinda simple people.

Write about a time when you faced a challenge, an obstacle, or a moment where you had to push yourself beyond what you thought was possible.

Last year I was on the wrestling team, and on that team we did a lot of training. And it had gotten to the point where some skin had peeled off my hands which was bearable I guess, but virtually the whole wrestling season was the challenge that I had to push my way through. Especially during my matches, I didn't win a lot of my matches but I won a few, and those few matches near the end where I was exhausted and was barely able to meek out a win was probably the hardest things I had ever done in my life. I hadn't really done a sport before unless you count elementary soccer which is debatable, but still I tried something new and had a fairly good time so I would say that it was worth it.

Describe a time when you had to speak in front of an audience. What were your fears? How did you handle them? What advice would you give to someone struggling with stage fright?

The only times I have spoken Infront of an audience is in class when ever we have to do a presentation. I don't really get nervous when I speak in front of people in fact most of the time I like to go first or somewhere around there but I prefer it that way because I like to get it over with. I usually handle it pretty well, I like to stay calm during the speaking. My advise to others would be that you should try to know what you are speaking about so that you feel a little more confident than usual, also you should try talking in a calm manner, I feel that it helps sometimes to sooth your own brain.
